Financial Planning

Our Certified Financial Planners™ will listen, you tell us what financial peace looks like to you. We will then help you build a plan (with your available resources) to build a bridge between where you are today and where you want to be. You only get one chance to get this right. If achieving financial peace is important, then you owe it to yourself to work with a financial planner who has guided 100+ individuals/couples in reaching a place of financial peace over the past 25+ years.

Financial Coaching

Financial coaching begins by listening to you, to understand your unique situation. We seek to understand the reason you feel stuck in your current unhealthy financial habits? Your coach will help you learn new skills, develop techniques to support lasting financial behavior change. Then, we aid you in defining and setting clear financial objectives (i.e. pay off your credit card), then help you build and implement an action plan that works for you.

Retirement Planning

Everyone dreams of one day turning their back on work, but only the ones who plan correctly can reap the prime benefits once they reach retirement age. Retirement planning is a process that takes into account your income goals along with the decisions and actions that allow you to achieve your financial objectives. Tell us your financial goals and priorities, and we can give you proven strategies for achieving those objectives. We offer step-by-step guidance for putting your retirement plan into place starting today for a future that allows you to focus on what is most important.

Estate Planning

We cannot successfully predict how long we will live, and illness and accidents happen to people of all ages. Estate planning is the ongoing process of developing a written plan (while living) for what happens to your stuff after you die. In addition, this includes instructions for your care and financial affairs if you become incapacitated before you die. Unfortunately, estate planning is not just for the wealthy either, good estate planning is often more impactful for families with modest assets because of the loss of time and funds as a result of bad (or no) estate planning.

Tax Planning & Preparation

For most of us, paying taxes is a necessity, but paying more taxes than you need to is unwise. The use of legitimate ways to reduce tax liability is known as tax minimization. Proper tax planning reduces your tax burden, allowing you to keep more of your money and making it easier to grow your wealth. In addition to helping our clients pay less in taxes, we aid our clients in preparing and filing their taxes each year.

Investment Management

We believe that the majority of investing success comes from managing ourselves. We believe investing is much like planting a tree. You don’t dig it up every 90 days to check on its progress. (Nothing much will have changed in that brief time, and you might harm the tree.) You don’t uproot the tree and store it in your garage over the winter, to protect it from what you regard as “bad weather.” Give the tree enough room, enough light, and enough time and it will grow. That’s what investing is like – choose good mutual funds, invest consistently and... let it be.
